Shipping policy

At THE USA EDIT, we aim to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom using a tracked delivery service.

UK Delivery Only

At this time, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Times

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

During busy periods, product launches or seasonal sales, processing times may occasionally take a little longer.

Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service usually takes approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Standard delivery may be sent using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

Express Delivery

Our Express Delivery service usually takes approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed unless otherwise specifically stated.

Free UK Delivery

We offer FREE Standard UK Delivery on orders over £75.

Free delivery applies to Standard Delivery only. Customers who would prefer Express Delivery can select and pay for the Express option at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing your tracking information where available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your parcel has been handed to the courier.

Delivery Delays

Although we aim to have every order delivered within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by Royal Mail, Evri, severe weather, bank holidays, seasonal demand or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

Once your parcel has been passed to the courier, delivery times are subject to the courier's network and services.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order.

THE USA EDIT cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, returned or delivered incorrectly because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at hello@theusaedit.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your tracking information shows that your parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@theusaedit.com and we will assist you with the courier enquiry.

If tracking shows a parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbours and any safe place indicated by the courier before contacting us.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the parcel and affected products, so we can investigate the issue.
